Leaves are harvested early in the morning, the nutritional value is then at such a high level. In our AC pickup car the leaves are brought directly to the factory. After washing, the leaves are quickly dried in the full automatic dryers by max 55C , controlled for temperature, moisture, humidity and time. All this plays a major role in the color, taste, and preservation of nutritional value and shelf life.
Our farms are all organic certified. All farms have a Monthly 2-day education program, paying attention to:
• Cultivation of organic plants and herbs
• Organic farming without pesticides
• Use of natural (organic) fertilizer and pesticides, which are allowed and approved by International organic law.
• Hazard analysis and critical control point (HACCP)
• Good Agriculture and Collection Practices (GACP)
• Quality standards
• Post-harvest services
• Food safety
• General life skills, income management, health and safety, hygiene
In the next 2 years (2019-2021) we will certify another 50 farmers organically who will be certified by ecocert after their training and will be paid by us.

Since we are also in the process of the BRC Global food standard certificate, customers can be assured of high quality. Our graduate food technology and hygiene quality service employees are specially trained for this by hired consultancy. In 2019 we hope to achieve the certificate, an extremely high performance.
The extract research that we carry out together with a University in the Netherlands is at an advanced stage. This is a new unique extract method that we hope to make public in early 2019, a unique moment…. We will keep you informed.
Also in the field of drying leaves, we are constantly researching the highest quality and energy-saving method, our full-automatic controlled drying machines control the temperature max 55c, moisture and time control, all batches will have the same high quality.
For our Bulk customers we deliver 20kg in a food grade inner bag than in a strong outer bag and in a double size carton box plain text packaging is possible.
